Cancellation Policy

Little Bit of Lash and Glow - Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and appreciate you valuing ours. To ensure all clients have the best experience, please read our booking and cancellation policy carefully before scheduling your appointment. 1. Cancellations Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited and not applicable to future appointments. Note: Cancellations must be made through the original booking method (e.g., booking app or website). Cancellations or changes sent via text messages or direct messages on social media will not be considered valid. 2. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to the new appointment, provided it’s done at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled time. If you reschedule within 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited. Note: Rescheduling must be done through the original booking method. Reschedule requests made through text messages or social media will not be accepted. 3. No-Shows If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, the deposit will be kept and cannot be applied to future bookings. 4. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited without the option to reschedule using the same deposit. We understand that unexpected events can happen, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, these policies are in place to protect our time and ensure fairness to all clients.
